The Concept Phones Facebook Page published a Samsung Galaxy S5 concept courtesy of Rahul Sharma. The concept boasted a wrap-around YOUM screen display. The concept sports a 5.3-inch flexible, OLED screen.
According to the description, the smartphone runs with Android 4.4 KitKat and has 16 megapixel back camera.
The new concept is quite similar to the previous iPhone 6 concepts that showed off "infinite" screen display.
Myriad of rumours on the alleged specs and features of the next Galaxy S smartphone are already spreading online.
Rumours claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will feature a larger screen display using Sharp's new IGZO screen technology. It will also boast a 4K resolution that will enable users to play videos and movies that have resolutions that are beyond Full HD.
The Galaxy S5 will be powered by the faster 64-bit processor like the recently released iPhone 5S.
Reports claimed that Samsung Galaxy S5 will run with Samsung's Tizen OS as the South Korean teach giant will start building its own operating system like Apple's iOS and will lessen its dependency on Google'sAndroid operating system. Other reports stated that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will run with Android 4.4 KitKat that is set to debut in October.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 release date will most probably be March next year just like the launch of Galaxy S4 last year. It is speculated that Samsung and Apple will engage in another clash of new smartphone releases early next year.
Apple is expected to release the iPhone 6 in March that will battle head on with the Samsung Galaxy S4's successor. take it from http://au.ibtimes.com/articles/508338/20130924/samsung-galaxy-s5-concept-specs-features-release.htm#.UkWovdJi0rM

The Samsung Galaxy S IIIGalaxy S4 and Galaxy Note II will be upgraded to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean by year-end, if a report is to be believed.
Sammobile has revealed that Samsung is planning to roll out Android 4.3 update for its top of the line smartphones soon. The site mentions that the company has plans to roll out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for its 2013 flagship, the Galaxy S4 in October while the 2012 flagship device, the Galaxy S III can be expected to get the new Android update by October end or even November.
The site further states that the Galaxy Note 3 predecessor would also be getting the taste of the new Jelly Bean iteration, but that would only be by the end of November, or early December. All three smartphones are also likely to receive a revamped TouchWiz interface with some added functions, claims the report.
Further the report affirms that Samsung is also testing the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Mega phablets. However, Sammobile has not revealed details on what new exclusive features to expect in the rumoured Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for the three devices, the Galaxy SIII, Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note II. But given that Galaxy Note3 runs Android 4.3 with new features, we are hopeful that the three devices will be receiving some features of the latest phablet.
Samsung has made no secret of its plans to launch Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for its leading Galaxy smartphones, but so far the South Korean major has offered nothing in the way of release dates as well. But now it looks like the company is getting closer to having its latest software update finalized for its three smartphones. As of now, we would take this with a pinch of salt until the company confirms updates rolling out to the Galaxy smartphones. take it from http://gadgets.ndtv.com/mobiles/news/android-43-update-for-samsung-galaxy-s4-galaxy-s-iii-galaxy-note-ii-due-by-q4-report-424460

Does Samsung's future lie in the Galaxy F series? Trusted Review
Many current rumors indicate that Samsung is working on future devices, which may feature metal bodies and curved displays, and a new report now suggests these features may go to a whole new series of Samsung Galaxy flagship devices.
According to Korean news website ET News, the Korean manufacturer will usher in the Samsung Galaxy F series to serve as a third line of premium smartphones. Currently on the market are smartphones in the Galaxy S series, which cater to Samsung’s general high-end demographic, and the Galaxy Note series phablets, which cater to the lovers of supersized displays.
However, the Galaxy F line may cater to previously untapped demographics such as those who would like to see Samsung produce devices with metal exteriors to truly compete with such handsets as those made by Apple, Sony and HTC.
Rumors of a metal design for the Samsung Galaxy S5, which is expected to be released in early 2014, have circulated for many months. Recent reports have suggested that Samsung is currently shopping for metal suppliers for a device to be released in the second quarter of 2014, which points to a Galaxy S5 release; however, there is always a chance this metal device could be a Samsung Galaxy F series device.  take it from http://www.ibtimes.com/samsung-galaxy-f-coming-manufacturer-introduce-new-high-end-smartphone-metal-exterior-1411602
